Heater power calculation
Calculated according to the formula: heating power (Kw) = (volume *, specific gravity * * specific heat * temperature difference) / (860* heating up time * efficiency).
1, first need to determine the temperature rise time (H) and t (C), how long does it take from how much of this parameter is very important. If the time requirement is very short, then the power demand may be greater, waste of energy; if the time is long, the equipment preparation time is long, depending on the customer demand, looking for a good balance.
2, the volume of air (M3) in the main equipment, including the pipeline, is estimated.

4, and heating efficiency, general 0.5-0.6.
